Craig is a delightful chap, very helpful and genuine. We hired a lazy spa Monaco for a long weekend with a gazebo and had an excellent weekend, with delivery and set up completed a day before hire commence and collection made a day after hired days making excellent value. Thank you Craig 👍🏻

I was very pleasantly surprised to find Deep Blue Hot Tubs still operating during lockdown after finding that more local companies were closed. Craig was very friendly and helpful and arranged with me at reasonably short notice to book in a palm springs hot tub for my wife's birthday. Everything was as described and professional and there were no unexpected costs. The hot tub really made the day and my wife said that it really made the day special, so much so that we extended the hire. The deposit was returned promptly and the communication was clear at all times. I would thoroughly reccomend to anyone thinking of hiring one for their own event. Thanks to the Deep Blue Hoylt Tubs team for a really special lockdown birthday!

Amazing customer service. We phoned for advice on a Lazy Spa Palm springs that we purchased online as it was missing a rubber seal for the A pipe. He gave my husband A* advice over the phone on options of using another part from one of the additional accessories in the box that we wouldn't have know. Will definitely be in contact for future for supplies and hope to hire a hot tub for a family member as a suprise. Thanks again!

I hired a hot tub from DeepBlue for the weekend as a fun addition to a BBQ I was hosting. It was a complete hit especially with the parasol and fairy lights, which meant we sat out in it most of the night. Such an easy way to get the enjoyment of a hot tub without the hassle of setting it up and maintaining it yourself. I thoroughly recommend these guys for their service from start to finish.

An utterly five-star, fabulous product with faultless service - even over the madness of Christmas. Not only were they quick to respond to initial enquiries and very open & clear with pricing (no hidden surprises!) DBHT were super- flexible with their timings to ensure we could make the most of our tub time over the 5 day hire. Within minutes of arriving, the entire ensemble - flooring, tub, canopy, lights - was set up and ready to fill. Literally the easiest surprise we have ever arranged! Craig and Emma, you totally made our Christmas Birthday girl feel like the superstar we know she is - no overshadowing by Santa this year! Fantastic service from Craig and Emma! We had a Hot tub for a weekend and it was great, bigger than some from other companies. Set up was quick and they even supplied a gazebo for us as rain was forecast. Highly recommended!

I Initially contacted DBHT to enquire about a booking in August but there was such a fab deal over the Bank holiday that we decided to hire straight away. The set up was quick and professional. Having never been in an inflatable Hot Tub, i was dubious but i was very pleasantly surprised. It was incredibly comfortable and didn't feel inflatable. The water was the perfect temperature and maintained well. The jets/bubbles were just right. The atmosphere created by the lights in the evening was great. Adults and children all enjoyed it and it was great to create not technology family time!!

Amazing week with the Tub in our little garden, perfect size and fit. Loved every second lay under the stars at night. Kids also had a blast in it and were sad to see it leave. Would recommend to anyone, i was surprised how much i enjoyed it xxx

Excellent. I hired the Hot Tub for 6 nights over October half term and as the package included a gazebo it was perfect. As a family we had lots of relaxation, giggles and were able to just chill. Will definitely hire again from DeepBlue Hot Tubs and would recommend them in an instant! Just FAB.
