We are responsible for many properties along the south coast from Air B&B owners, Booking.com users and local property let managers so we can guarantee your tub will be looked after and properly maintained to the highest level.

Depending on repair required. If it's an air leak, I will repair and then will have to leave the patch to cure. This will take the tub out of action for up to 48 hours. 24 hours to allow the patch to cure and 24 hours for the tub to re-heat. We do have the option of replacing your tub with one of ours, whilst yours is out of action, meaning your guests do not lose the use of a hot tub.

If it is a mechanical repair then it I will be able to repair it with spares I have in stock.

we can work it one of two ways. Either we can come round and do a certain type of clean and service on a certain day, or we can come round on check out day and make that call on my seeing the hot tub state. Invoices can be sent to you at a time best for you. Either weekly, fortnightly, monthly etc..
