How much does a Hot Tub cost to run?
Depending on your energy provider, running an inflatable Hot Tub can cost between £5-£10 a week.

How many people can fit in the Hot Tub?
Miami - 4 people
Milan - 4-6 people
Bubble - 6 People
St.Moritz - 7 people

How long do the Hot Tubs take to fill up?
Miami and Milan - 1.5 hours approx
Bubble and St.Moritz - 2 hours approx

How long does it take to set up?
If you are just hiring the Hot Tub, we usually take around 20-30 minutes. If you are also hiring the gazebo and lights package, set up will take between 45-60 minutes

How do you fill up the Hot Tub?
We use your mains water supply, either from an outdoor or indoor tap.

Does the Hot Tub need to stay on?
We recommend that the heater and filter stay on throughout the hire period. This will ensure that the water stays at your desired temperature and the water is constantly being filtered.

Do the Tubs have built in seats?
All of the Hot Tubs have a cushioned floor which provides great comfort during use.

When will I be able to start using the Hot Tub?
This depends on the start temperature of the water that is used to fill the Hot Tub, the ambient temperature and the model of Tub you have.
The larger tubs take longer to heat up as it has a greater water capacity. The pump can heat the water at approx 1.2-2°C per hour. We normally suggest that the tubs will be ready for use in approx 24 hours. If the ambient temperature was to drop then heating times will increase.

NOTE; The following conditions will lead to slow water heating:
  • The ambient tempurature is lower than 10°C
  • Outdoor wind speed is above 8mph
  • The air bubble function is activated when the heater is on
  • The spa is not properly covered with the spa cover when the heater is on

Do I need a flat surface?
Yes. You will need a flat and solid surface for the Hot Tub to be placed on.

What size area do I need?
The Hot Tubs will need an area of 2.5m x 2.5m and if you are hiring the gazebo you will need an area of 3.5m x 3.5m.

What do you provide for the hire cost?
We will locate, with you, the best location for the Hot Tub to be positioned. We will then set up and get everything ready for you to use. On completion of the set up we will run through how to operate and look after the Hot Tub during your hire period. At the end of the hire we will collapse and pack away the Hot Tub and gazebo and take it all away for cleaning.

What do I need to do for collection?
All we ask is that the Hot Tub has been drained prior to us arriving.

Do I need to be there for delivery/collection?
For delivery we would like you to be present. This is so we can make sure that you are happy with the location of the Hot Tub and understand how to operate the controls. On collection, at the end of the hire, you do not need to be present. However we will need to be able to gain access to the Hot Tub and have use of electrical power.
