This agreement is between you, the customer and Craig and Emma Marchant on behalf of DeepBlue Hot Tubs.
Please read the below terms and conditions fully and should you have any queries or reservations prior to booking, please contact us before making any deposit or payment.
Requirements of Hire.
By signing or paying a deposit, you are agreeing that you have the following:

An outdoor tap and hose.
An electrical main point within 7m of your desired location for the Hot Tub set up.
Delivery and installation will be carried out the day before your hire period begins which will allow enough time for the Hot Tub to heat up to your desired temperature.
Collection will be the day after your hire period.
For example, If you wish to use the hot tub from a Saturday and hire a tub for 5 days, delivery will be on Friday and collection on Thursday.
We, DeepBlue Hot Tubs, do not take responsibility if the hot tub is not up to your desired temperature in the time stated.
On collection, you must ensure that there is access to the Hot Tub. Should we arrive and not be able to collect the Hot Tub the Damages deposit will be kept and we may seek to recover additional financial losses. On our arrival, the Hot Tub must still be inflated but drained of water. Failure to drain the hot tub will result in £20 of the refundable deposit being lost, as draining can take up to 2 hours.
On delivery you will guide us to the installation area. We accept no liability for damages to your property or injuries to users of the Hot Tub.
You will provide the electricity and water to run the Hot Tub for the duration of your hire period. You agree to keep the pump turned on always and understand that should you switch the pump off; the Hot Tub will lose heat quickly and may impact on your overall enjoyment of the Hot Tub.
As stated by Lay-Z-Spa, “Extension cables cannot be used with Lay-Z-Spa hot tubs”. Therefore, we do not allow any of our hot tubs to be plugged into an extension lead. This is non-negotiable. Please ensure that there is a power socket within 7 metres of where you wish the hot tub to be located. If this is not possible then another location can be worked out between the customer (you) and the delivery person (DeepBlue Hot Tubs). If this is not possible then the hire will be cancelled and no refund is offered. If, after set up it is found that the hot tub was then relocated and an extension cable used, then the deposit is forfeited. If any damages have occurred then further compensation may be sought after.
On collection of our equipment, you do not need to be present, however we will still need access to the hot tub. If we cannot gain access, then you may lose the deposit.
Booking Conditions.
A deposit of £50 will be required to secure your preferred date. No date is finalised until the deposit is received and a confirmation email has been received by you, the customer, from us, DeepBlue Hot Tubs.
Booking deposits are non-refundable and contribute to the total price quoted and agreed upon. Should you need to amend your booking date, please get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you as best we can.
